This policy explains what information Fan Quizzes ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, and how it is used.
1. Information you give us
You don't need an account to play. If you type your name before a quiz, it stays in your browser and is only used to show on your score card. It is included in a share link only if you choose to share your result.
2. Advertising
We show ads provided by Adsterra and its partners to keep the quizzes free. These ad providers may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, in order to show and measure ads. 3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, quizzes played, device and approximate location), and Microsoft Clarity to see anonymised clicks, scrolls and session recordings so we can improve the quizzes. Both use cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
4. Meta measurement
To measure our own advertising on Facebook and Instagram, we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. These may collect:
- Pages you visit, and quiz actions such as starting, finishing (with your score) and sharing a quiz
- Your IP address, browser and device information
- Cookies and identifiers such as
_fbpand_fbc, and the ad or campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters)
Meta may use this information to show and measure ads, in line with its Privacy Policy. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings.
Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard technical data (IP address, time, pages requested) for security and performance. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
5. Cookies and your choices
Visitors from the European Economic Area and the UK are asked for consent before advertising and measurement cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
6. How we use information
- To run the quizzes and show your results
- To show ads that keep the site free
- To understand which quizzes and campaigns work best
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data retention
We don't store quiz answers or names on our servers. Data held by our advertising and hosting partners is kept according to their own retention policies.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Your rights

10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
